Good morning! I have a progress report today. I haven’t been doing much painting, but I HAVE been doing a lot of outreach to try to get an influx of story submissions. And it’s starting to work. So far, I got a shoutout in the City Cast Twin Cities newsletter, and KSTP 5 Eyewitness News had a section on Fishing in America.
I’m also doing an interview today with Radio K that will hopefully be used on their “Real College Podcast” (stay tuned for details.) A couple small neighborhood papers around the Twin Cities said they will also be writing up a story.
Ok, that about does it. Some fun stories are coming in and I hope to start paintings for those in the next few weeks. Also, I just found out I got an artist residency in Stillwater for April and May to help with outreach for Fishing In America and for some time to paint.
Thanks for your reading! Keep the stories coming in!
Sam
